Zone 3 can’t wait to welcome our amazing dog and handler agility teams to Trentham Park, Upper Hutt for the 2024 New Zealand Dog Agility Championships October 25 – 28.
Trentham Memorial Park, off Fergusson Drive or Holdsworth Avenue, Trentham, is a fantastic venue with plenty of space for this huge national event – plus some! There are also several bush walks and the park backs onto Te Awa Kairangi/Hutt River so our four-legged friends (and their owners if they are feeling brave) can take a dip. The venue is a short drive from Upper Hutt CBD with its shops and eateries, and of course, Brewtown – Wellington’s famous craft beer village. A hub of the region’s top breweries, a boutique distillery, delicious food and entertainment, it’s just the place to go to celebrate those winning runs, or have a great time with mates. If you still have the energy after a hard’s days competing, the Daytona Adventure Park has go-carting, ice skating, paintball, ten pin bowling and a trampoline park.
A great venue, a great lineup of judges, great courses, great company and, of course, your best furry friends – sounds like a receipe for a faboulous weekend to us! See you there!
